I have been optimizing business processes without losing personal connections with over 600 employees by the directed supervisors team. During my current role, I am responsible for overseeing the full range of Manufacturing operations, including analyzing existing operational models, developing new SOPs to maximize efficiencies and communicating quality standards to cross-functional teams. This has enabled me to expedite the delivery of production through implementing business process maintain-plus-enhance to improve operational efficiency and develop staff through training.
