• 24/7 Monitored and Handled ATOM Myanmar Nation Wide Network and Internet Service Provider ISP links (Campana, DTAC, NT, UIH, Fibrecomm) and Enterprise Network as a Tier 1 Engineer.
• Investigated first line incidents assigned and identify the root cause of incidents and problems.
