During the year as a paramedic trainee, I was attach to several fire stations such as Changi fire station, Sengkang Fire station and Ang Mo Kio Fire Station. I was given a mentor that guide me through out the attachments. I have experience a lot of calls such as Road Traffic accident , cardiac arrest and medical.

Paramedic trainee - SCDF Fire Stations

Medic / Trainer - Singapore Police Force

(2014 - 2016)

I did my national service by being a Medic / Trainer at Police Coast Guard Training School. During my time serving the nation I was given the opportunity to build up my skills to interact with officers and also conduct training for the trainees. I am equipped with the knowledge in handling weapons and also in performing my medic skills if there are injuries during any trainings. I am very familiar with basic CPR techniques and AED procedures. I am also a certified first-aid responder.

Full time paramedic - Unistrong Ambulance

(2016 - 2021)

I worked in Unistrong as a full time paramedic. I was attached to Tampines Fire Station and Central fire Station.During the time as a full time paramedic, I was able to put my skills and knowledge that I was taught and learn during the years in school before I graduate.The start of covid outbreak was a challenge as we attended call with full PPE regardless types of call.

Construction Paramedic

(2021 - 2022)

Working as construction paramedic was a challenge as we work alone in a 12-hour shift. I have to make my own decisions and perform the treatment if there are injuries during my shift. During my time as a construction paramedic, I managed to attend a fall from height call which involve a femur fracture from a 5 story height. This call really put the test on my knowledge and skills through out the years.

Industrial Paramedic - westpoint medical - chemical plant in Jurong island

(2022)

Currently employed by westpoint medical working in a chemical plant in Jurong island as a paramedic. In a 12 hours shift, I will be working a staff nurse in a medical centre on standby. During my time here, I was given a chance to attend a cyanide course as the work field may involve chemical injury.
