Qi Qian Chua

I am Chua Qi Qian, 22 years old this year. I am in my Final Year at Singapore Management University, graduating with a degree in Bachelor of Business Management (BBM) programme, majoring in Finance.

I have worked as a Leasing and Tenant Relations Intern at CAPITALAND INVESTMENT LIMITED. Throughout the internship, I have coordinated with tenants on outstanding documents submissions, and prepared Leasing leasing documents, reports, and presentation slides with updated information such as entering tenants, exiting tenants, GTO psf, Occupancy Costs, Net Floor Area, Surveyed Area, and Rental Structure. I also liaised with Tenants for outstanding documents to ensure timely submissions, in accordance with the agreed terms in the Tenancy Agreement.

Additionally, I have examined the legality of the submitted documents, including the Public Liability Insurance Policy, Audited Financial Statement and Banker’s Guarantee, following up with Tenants for any discrepancies.

I am in my Final Year at Singapore Management University, graduating in May 2023 with a degree in Bachelor of Business Management (BBM) programme, majoring in Finance. My highest qualification attained is Singapore-Cambridge GCE A-Level with a grade profile of A/BBB.
