• Work closely with global and local brand managers, the insights team and external agencies to provide end-to-end creative support. This includes brands such as Farmers Market, Billy + Margot, Trilogy, Game Meat Processing, and also RPF.
• Assist throughout design development of all products and packaging, including new product development, line extensions, photoshoots and concept developments.
• Ensure all design and artwork files are properly managed and delivered on time to meet production deadline.

  Design creative digital assets (social media, e-commerce) by enhancing product USPs to drive sales.

• Engage with small businesses to understand the needs for their brands and provide creative and visual package to kick start their business.
• Host meeting sessions to deep dive into brand owners' ideas, visions and goals.

  Collaborate with brand owners to provide a basic visual style guide

• Design easy-to-use modular assets such as brand graphics, logos that can be handed over to the owners for future use.

• Collaborate with account managers and executives to: Create pitch deck and infographics that best translate difficult verbal jargon into succinct visual cues.

  Develop PR packages and client gifts for clients such as Sitecore and Salesforce.

  Produce in-house brand collaterals such as employee photoshoots, in-house presentation templates and icons.
