I am currently an undergraduate student in SIM, UOL.
As a Sales Development Intern at Cove, I gained valuable experience in lead generation and customer outreach. Throughout my tenure, I worked closely with the sales team to research potential clients and identify opportunities for new business. I developed and implemented successful strategies for increasing customer engagement through email campaigns and social media outreach.
Additionally, I demonstrated strong communication skills while interacting with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders. My ability to meet or exceed weekly targets for call volume, lead generation, and other key performance indicators contributed significantly to achieving departmental goals. Overall, my internship experience has equipped me with the skills necessary to excel in a sales development role.
