Responsible for managing and customizing SICK’s emissions data management and analysis software product to effectively carry out GHG emission evaluation, management, reporting,
control and process improvement needs for the various industries involving process, combustion,
energy and operations emissions. This cutting-edge software system leverages deep learning,
graphical and other visual representations among other techniques to derive value from complex data which will aid key stake holders to make critical organizational decisions
As an EBO (Expert Back Office) team member, engage, provide consultation and work alongside with the sales internally and customer end externally to understand the challenges faced by the clients by analyzing their manufacturing and end to end value chain processes, crafting and implementing solutions strategies that would assist to achieve their sustainability goals impactfully and further analyze the solutions provided in the cross industry tech sharing aspect to penetrate into new markets, thereby sustaining and growing the business further
Besides, I assist and support technical people working on new and existing projects. Provide necessary technical inputs to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues. Support applications and customer requirements. Impart training, organize/attending presentations and meetings with internal and external stakeholders. Document and update all application processes and issues.
