Oversee the Electrical & Electronics operations and maintenance of facilities in manufacturing plant
(MNC) on 12 hours rotating shift
- Develop and design the PLC and SERVO MOTION programming for high-speed automation (motions control) systems using Control Logic software like RS Logic 5000 knowledge in High-Speed Vision System (Cognex, Keyence)
- Familiar and practice with Electrical Lockout and Tag Out Procedure (LOTO)
- Programming on the Industrial network protocols such as Device Net, ControlNet,
- Profibus, etc.
- Installation of kinetic drive to control motors, troubleshooting the drive errors.
- Troubleshoot the full automated machine machines and control systems, robots (6 axis), Optima Packaging system, Focke Packaging System, Lantech Packaging system
- Troubleshoot and repair electronics units like Solenoids, Sensors, and other equipment’s.
- Ensure the less downtime of production to troubleshoot the systems or maintenance
- Prepare the downtime report and take corrective action about the problem to prevent from reoccurrence
- Take responsibility to improve systems operation and intake new projects to develop. Perform ECO (Electrical Check Out) during project installations
- Prepare preventive maintenance (PM) for each section of systems depending time bases and conduct on timely manner.
- Knowledge about adhesive system control by control logic, drive module by power flex module
- Details about RTD, Heaters, pressure sensors, Glue hose, Air gun module and troubleshooting above adhesive systems etc.
- Safety circuits using guard switch (Guard Master), wrench guards to enforce safety
- General details about all kind of high-speed sensors, Laser pointers.
- Monthly servicing for Electrical & Electronics Equipment’s.
- Assign technicians for periodic maintenances (Repair & Services, General Maintenances /Services schedules for products during warranty periods).
- Prepare training and demo presentation about handling of products, safety features etc. for technicians and vendors.
