Little Professors Student Care Centre, Punggol/Jurong - Programme Staff Teacher (Full-Time)

• Design and follow a full schedule of activities and discover suitable teaching materials
• Provide basic care and caregiving activities such as providing food after school hours, change of uniforms, nap time, homework time etc.
• Use a wide range of teaching methods (stories, media, indoor or outdoor games/activities, drawing, art, science experiments, character education etc.) to enhance the child’s abilities

• Answer incoming calls to answer parents enquiries and resolve parents complaints
• Creating leads for new enrolments in the computer system

• Help parents with forms, application and replacement class arrangements 
• Document all call information according to standard operating procedures and complete call logs
• Recognize, document, and alert the relevant management team of various requests from parents
• Follow up customer calls where necessary
