I have been working and living in Singapore for over eight (8) years, accumulating more than eleven (11) years of experience in building construction, engineering design, and precast concrete technology. I am licensed as a Civil Engineer and Master Plumber by the Philippine Professional Board. My project experience ranges from horizontal infrastructures to high-rise residential/commercial concrete buildings, covering both precast and cast-in-situ concrete structures.
I have accumulated experience in the precast concrete industry since 2016, during which time I have cultivated a substantial level of expertise and a strong passion for this field. Throughout these years, I have refined my skills and deepened my knowledge within the precast concrete sector by assuming diverse roles and responsibilities that have enriched my capabilities. I have managed a range of precast items, including both architectural and structural components such as planks, walls, stair flights, refuse chutes, columns, beams, household shelters, storey shelters, and more.
Also, I have experience with advanced precast technologies like Prefabricated Bathroom Units (PBU) and Prefabricated Prefinished Volumetric Construction (PPVC), applicable to both private residential/commercial projects and public HDB buildings.
Furthermore, I have a strong proficiency in design coordination, detailing, drafting, structural design, and analysis using STAAD Pro and ETABS. I am experienced in 3D modelling using Tekla and Revit BIM, I am also skilled in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom, and well-versed in using Microsoft Office tools like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook for tasks including reports, calculations, presentations, and communication.
