I am someone who recognizes my own strengths as well as limitations, and who plays to my strengths, and uses strategies to minimize the impact of my limitations. I have a long track record of successfully making sure that the computer systems of a business are running properly, and have acquired all my skills and knowledge through a combination of education, training, and progressive work experience.

My extensive experience, coupled with being an organized individual with a detail-oriented work ethic means that as an experienced cloud architect, I can orchestrate your systems and fine-tune the continuous deployment pipeline.

I have worked as a Solutions Architect and DevOps for the last 6 years in cloud-to-cloud and hybrid-cloud infrastructures, automation, CI/CD pipelines, and designing fault-tolerant. I have managed to accomplish the following:

• Reduced deployment time for key infrastructure by a factor of 13.
• Directly managed AWS, GCP, & Azure for deployment of all required infrastructure.

I have a strong familiarity with the following tools and technologies:

• Automation skills: Terraform, Ansible, Shell scripting.
• Orchestration & container tools: CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, ArgoCD.

With my educational background in Systems Engineering, I am passionate about technology and how it can be used to transform human lives. My objectives are to simplify and solve IT infrastructure using the best technology available and optimizing it to the most efficient way to meet the set goals.

An experienced and competent professional knowledgeable in leading and or managing a project including designing, developing and deploying large, scalable production applications on cloud/PaaS platforms and Containers, such as AWS, Azure, GCP, and Government commercial cloud (GCC). Added to the understanding of complex projects including migrations, upgrades, and new environments. In aligning with business units gathered technical requirements and goals ensuring systems are supported and meet business needs and specifications in end-to-end-design of IT solutions, implementation, and understanding the differences when designing the best of breed/best practices solution and managing it through the life cycle.

Obtained the Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering at Universidad Metropolitana located in Caracas, Venezuela from Mar 1992 to Oct 1998.
