I am currently working at Citibank as part of the L3 Infrastructure Operations Support team, with my final notice period ending on May 1, 2026.
My departure is due to a global workforce reduction, and I was included in the retrenchment list.
In my current role, I am involved in data migration activities and EOVS/EOL initiatives, including the replacement of hardware, particularly related to Solace systems. I also develop and maintain operational runbooks to support infrastructure operations and ensure proper documentation of procedures.

Strong expertise in Solace Messaging, TIBCO Middleware, and Kafka, supporting large-scale banking environments. Proven track record in platform upgrades, high-availability configuration, automation scripting, and production L3 support across SolOS, UNIX/AIX, and Windows platforms.
Experienced in system build, deployment, monitoring (Splunk, AppDynamics, Grafana, Kibana), SSL certificate security implementation, and release management within multinational banking institutions.
