I am committed in providing the best care for all my clients by constantly learning, attending courses, reading, researching, and getting quality supervision. Adopting a person-centered approach to therapy, I draw from modalities such as Schema Therapy, CBT, ACT and Solution-Focused therapy. My interest lies in attachment and relational trauma, and I am currently certified by ISST for Schema Therapy Practitioner Level 1 and trained in Psychological First Aid.
