Duties and responsibilities include:

• Safe management duties and security concierge duties. Clocking and patrolling of company property. Monitor CCTV. Electronic security badging and using Ccure software to print ID access cards, grant access and revoke access amend details control access card readers within facilities, customer service.
• Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
• Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls.
• Receiving and sorting daily mails.
• Send and receive emails.
• Liaise with Global security (US) and local vendor (Convergint) pertaining to any door issues.
• Reports directly to Sabre’s security managers stationed at Poland and India respectively.
• Give daily and weekly updates on reports such as KPI, badging, and situational report.
• Crisis management.
• Event management.
