Ryan Wong

I am a year 2 student at NUS Business School majoring in Real Estate. I am also a part-time musician and artist. My interests include sports and fashion, with passions for design and the built environment.

I would say i am very empathetic and communicative in nature , which i feel are important to any team, or company that works with external clientele. From this, I am also able to put myself in another's shoes when facing negotiations for potential projects and executive decisions, which I have shown in my work experience. It would be a pleasure to work for a luxury fashion conglomerate, in the real estate sector since it combines both my love of fashion and my current practice.

In future, I hope to explore other opportunities within this industry as well.

I previously was in an internship at Daniel Teo and Associates as an asset and investments intern. My day-to-day tasks include portfolio accounting and background checks, and weekly reporting to board members. I also notably negotiated and clinched a deal worth $5,000,000 between my company and a co-living entity for an acquisition of a new development in River Valley, Singapore through the use of feasibility and sensitivity data analysis.

I also contributed to a proposal by creating innovation decks, for a potential redevelopment project of Dakota Crescent.

I am currently enrolled as a student at NUS Business School majoring in Real Estate. In year 3, I expect to be taking up a specialisation in real estate finance. I have also attended a summer exchange programme at the London School of Economics, where I took up and scored A in both Managerial Accounting and Real Estate Economics.
