Job Description and Major Responsibilities
Project management involving Sanitary, Plumbing & Gas Services
Preparation of shop drawings, workings drawings & as-built drawings
Liaise with all parties involved in the project including local authorities, consultants, architects, main contractor& suppliers.
Documentation of method statement and Evaluate risk assessment, safe work procedures
Review and monitor site construction activities programme to work completion as scheduled Evaluation
Cost estimation & analysis for Sanitary, Plumbing & Gas Services
Assist in preparation of working and As-built drawing including O&M manual
Implement works safety, environmental requirements / procedure
Materials Procurement, Monitor Plumbing& Sanitary installation works, Site coordination with all parties involve.
Prepare & certify progress claims
Licensed Plumber (PUB Plumber Singapore)
Builders Certificate in Plumbing and Pipe Fittings - Bcaacademy Singapore
Diploma in mechanical engineering - East west academy Singapore
