I am most excited when working on cross-cutting, ambiguous problems. I was trained as an instructional designer and educator and later pivoted to L&D, HR programme management. I am currently in strategy development.
I have had
- led and built the APAC Management Associate Program from infancy; and
- served as a learning and HR business partner to regional engineering and real estate teams. To be specific, during my stints in Singapore's Ministry of Education and JLL, I worked with business and professional bodies to lead design of curricula, competency frameworks, career pathing to enable large scale upskilling and career progression/porosity. These are to uplift competencies across levels, strengthen leadership bench strength, addressing short- and long-term business goals.
