Promptly respond to concerns, satisfied with their experiences & return to the company for their future needs, rectify individual incident, do service recovery &
show appreciation (case to case basis)
Increase customer engagement with marketing automation tools & build customer connection (book priority reservation)
Ability to work independently, respond to follow-up as quickly as possible while providing effective information & solving the problem completely.
Ad hoc duties as assigned (Serve VIPs at appointed outlets, event)
