During my 26 years with CAAS, Air Traffic Division I had received numerous performance evaluations for good performance. During my years of serviceI need to perform different duties in the dynamic fast moving environment, I need to assist Air Traffic Controllers(ATC) to coordinate and pass transfer to and with adjacentAir traffic controlcenter , relaying ATC clearances to aircraft via high frequency radio and providing RAMP controlservice at the RAMP Tower in Changi International Airport Terminal 4.
On top of the regular duties, I was also the shift assistant supervisor, performing supervisor duties during his absence and assisting him in staffing and discipline of the shift, to add on I am also the shift training instructor/coordinator, main duty is to plan and submission of trainee performance report before their assessment. I am trained for Search and Rescue operation
