• A recovery Officer is responsible for managing a portfolio of delinquent accounts and ensuring timely recovery of outstanding debts.

• As a debt collector, primary responsibility is to contact debtors and claim outstanding debts on behalf of creditors. Will work diligently to recover the money owed in as little time possible. While this position can be stressful and challenging, it requires a delicate balance of politeness, sensitivity and persistence.

• A receptionist is responsible for performing clerical tasks within clinic setting. Answering & transfering phone calls, sorting and delivering mail. Greeting patient when they arrive for appointment & managing the front desk and performing basic support tasks.

• A clerk is responsible for performing administrative tasks to support daily business operations. Responding to phone calls or emails and maintaining an organised filling system. Restocking office supplies as needed, typing documents and filing.
