Saw William Joseph

I am a Year 4 student at Nanyang Technological University studying data science and artificial intelligence, and I am expecting to graduate this May 2023. I am passionate in the topics of data science, machine learning and software engineering. I am proficient in statistics, data analysis and machine learning.

I have had various internship experiences in developing machine learning models and algorithms to execute the desired goals of my assigned projects, as highlighted in my resume. Through these experiences, I have also gain competence in libraries like tensorflow, pytorch and scikit-learn. I am also well-versed with softwares such as Matlab and Tableau.

I have proficiency in a myriad of languages such as Python, R, Java and C/C++. I enjoy tackling intricate, complex problems through the development and optimization of algorithms.

I have intern as a research assistant in Singapore Eye Research Institute and was fortunate enough to clinch a rare opportunity to pursue a final year project with them. I have also interned as a software engineer at the NTU satellite research centre to develop intelligent, autonomous drones.

I attended Saint Andrew's Junior College and Nanyang Technological University.
