Petrochemical Corporation of Singapore (Jurong Island) as a Senior Process Lead Tech /Acting Supervisor
Supervise and setup to maintain Operating conditions, guides, check sheets in collaboration with technicians to ensure environment, Conduct meetings, Trainings to Shift process technician like OJT, & mentoring them until they are competent to perform their task independently. Lead and manage by giving clear instructions to Process Technicians & MTN workers while performing Schedule works. Routine & preventive maintenance according to SWP & standard SOPs.
Evaluate team member’s performance & assist in conducting performance reviews & provide feedbacks & training status reports to Plant Manager. Provide suggestions ideas to develop and implement improvements in the Operation & assigned CAPA to follow up with Maintenance teams & providing the P&ID to complete the implementation. Review & preparing the training materials & improve the knowledge and operation skills to the process technician to educate the EHS standards. Maintaining the proper documents for all the training forms & assessments, evaluation & recorded in the system. Perform document review & revision for assigned & complete all the documents according to requirements. Reviewing Risk Assessment (RA) ,SOP JSA for operation & cleaning instructions Issuing Cold work permit, Confined space permit, Lock out Tag out & Electrical Tag-out permits and closely monitor the work to be carried out in Safety guidelines Participate in HAZOP & assess the JSA & following the 5S, OSHA, Carry-out BBSO, SYE. Closely monitoring the operational parameters in DCS & field operations Well experienced in operating the DCS-Yokogawa /HMI /Building automation system(BAS) (Dryers, Compressors, pumps, VFDs, MBVs).
To actively participate and perform workplace 5S housekeeping, upkeep cGMP Area facilities with good standard. Following the GMP & SOP procedure in Clean room Environments by Gowning Operate the different streams of the plant & carryout cleaning the production equipment’s like reactors for every batch & preventive maintenance. Charging the toxic alcohol like Methanol, Ethanol into the reactors & handling the Scrubber system. Product sampling to QC to check the quality & meet production targets/schedules. Perform material receiving, staging, charging operation as per SOP & Handling batch sheets as per GMP & GDP standards.
