   OC Registry to ensure the effective management of inmates' records upon admission, and keeps track of the progress of inmates. Ensuring the smooth handling of IMAS inmates’ administrative matters and procedures pertaining to the emplacement, transfer, discharge, adjudication as well as proper updating, management and safekeeping of their records. I work closely with external agencies such as the CARE (Community Action for the Rehabilitation of Ex-Offenders) Network, CNB & Police.

5. Pinknova Design Consulting Pte Ltd, May 2001 – Jan 2008, Account/Design Director , Private Organisation. A design consulting company that provides consultancy services and a spectrum of media designs.

   Managed and led creative teams for various event management, design and advertising projects. Creative/ art direction, design and copy editing of all studio projects encompassing the conceptualizing of designs, to production in the various aspects of design - corporate visual identity, marketing and promotional collateral, advertising, events invitations & collateral and website design. Research and implement new technologies to enhance corporate communication with employees and with clients.Educate sales staff and management on usage of electronic presentations, marketing materials and web technologies.

6. Yellow Dot Design Pte Ltd, January 1999 – March 2001, Art Director , Private Organisation. A print media agency that provide design and print, advertising and a range of specialized services to clients.

   Provide overall art direction, design and layout of all assignments and design projects. Design, copy editing of all agency projects encompassing the conceptualizing of designs, to production in various aspects of design- corporate visual identity, marketing and promotional collaterals, advertising, events invitation and collaterals. Manage a team of designers.
