Mr.
Silva serves as a Visiting Lecturer in International Relations for two tertiary-level educational institutes in Sri Lanka. He has previously worked in the University of Colombo (Sri Lanka) and think tanks associated with Sri Lanka’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Ministry of Defense. His research has been published on Routledge and SAGE academic journals as well as on The Diplomat, East Asia Forum, Australian Institute of International Affairs, and the London School of Economics Blog.
His commentary has also featured in South China Morning Post and Deutsche Welle editorials. He is presently pursuing postgraduate studies in Singapore.
