Perform Full Life Cycle Recruitment including interviewing of candidates to identify qualified candidates based on skills, knowledge, education, experience, etc.
Meet with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and recruitment cycle
Sourcing suitable candidates via different platforms such as LinkedIn, referrals, job portals such as Jobstreet etc.
Negotiating business terms and conditions with clients.
Manage interview process between clients and candidates
Act as the advisor to both client and candidate, clarifying issues and providing suitable feedback between both parties as the discussion progresses.
Closely follow up with clients on feedback and closing of jobs.
Negotiate offer details with the finalised candidate.
Ensure client satisfaction with value-added post follow-ups, keeping in touch with both client and candidate on the latter's job performance.
