Shanon is a Senior Network Architect based out in Singapore. I Equinix, as SRE, involved in last tier operational support, working with Engineering to enhance the network, and involve AI to assist with faster troubleshooting and issue resolving. Created apps with the team on Network wide telemetry.
Shanon is certified CCNA, CCNP, CCIE-W, Huawei(HCDA), Arista ACE-L1,L3,L5, and wifi Arista ACE-Campus & Ekahau ECSE-D.
Also completed the National University of Singapore course in Generative AI.
