In my previous role at Florray Pte Ltd, I was responsible for managing various ecommerce stores and designing new banners to showcase newly launched products. Through these efforts, I was able to achieve a 15% increase in conversion rate. In addition, I have increased its social media followers by 25% over a 3-month period by creating content such as Instagram Stories, Reels, and Posts to engage online users and improve brand awareness.
One of my proudest accomplishments was my involvement in the ‘Guardian's Beauty Around The World’ campaign where I created a product information website and brochures for newly launched products to help increase brand visibility in the marketplace. I also played a key role in improving the local digital presence of the brand 'Mediheal' by identifying renowned leaders and influencers and engaging them in various brand activities such as monthly giveaways and paid partnerships.
Furthermore, I assisted in outdoor photoshoots to create more images to further boost social media content. This experience has equipped me with strong project management, creative, and problem-solving skills that would be valuable to your team.
