• Spearheaded the internal project to uplift and enhance the Transit Hotels and PPULs Concessions in preparing for the leasing exercise.
• Secured higher TRMs ranging from +1 % points to +4 % points higher TRM for Direct Marketing Exercises and lease extensions.
