An academic journal editor and legal researcher, I am looking into entering the library field to encourage and support the acquisition of knowledge for all, especially the young.
I have 7 years of experience as an academic journal editor, with a year of managerial experience. Currently, I am the Managing Editor for the Asian Journal of Comparative Law – a Cambridge University Press academic journal focused on featuring research and supporting discussion in Asian law and Asian legal systems, by scholars based in Asia and beyond. I am also a junior legal academic, with publications in the following sub-areas of law in Asia: environmental law, Islamic law, and law and religion.
After graduating with flying colours for my GCE ‘A’ Levels, for which I was awarded the Prime Minister's Book Prize, I studied law at National University of Singapore.
