I am a data analyst professional from Kolkata, India. I am excited to apply for the Credit Risk Validation Manager position at Randstad, and I feel I am the right fit for this role. As someone with over 5.5 years of experience in Data Analytics, Financial Model Validation, and an academic background in Economics and Statistics, I would bring with me the analytical skills required to meet our goals and objectives.

During my current role at Bread Financial, I provided valuable data insights in high business critical statistical models. My primary role and responsibilities included validating the bank's regulatory models, each with a coverage of >$1Bn while supporting my team in the ideation & development of an independent model testing framework on both SAS and Python platforms. Overall, I was the key member in the validation of the new generation ML, AML, and Stress Testing models for the annual FDIC examinations that aid the bank in meeting all the federal supervisory requirements and maintaining strong model risk governance.

Having honed quantitative skills in my formative years studying Economics I am eager to study data on the present-day modeling methodologies and apply the relevant information in an easy-to-interpret format that is effective and value-centric. Owing to multiple engagements with the bank's first line of defense, I also enjoy giving presentations visualizing the analysis to help business leaders make informed and educated decisions.
