I am Shu Min, a UXUI Designer/Researcher with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. With a background in UXUI design and expertise in research as a psychology student, I have developed a deep desire to understand user behaviors, motivations, and needs. I am currently a UX Designer for a skincare brand and through my work, have honed my skills in empathetic design thinking, placing my customers’ needs at the center of every project.
Working with multiple stakeholders such as designers, managers and developers from regional teams has also enabled me to effectively convey ideas, strategies, and project outcomes to both technical and non-technical audiences.
