I am a psychology undergraduate currently pursuing my degree while gaining hands-on experience in customer service and administrative roles within fast-paced and structured work environments. Through my experience at IRAS and in the retail sector, I have developed strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to handle responsibilities professionally while working with people from diverse backgrounds. I am confident in managing enquiries, supporting administrative operations, and handling sensitive information with accuracy and confidentiality.
I work well both independently and as part of a team, and I am adaptable to changing situations and workloads. My current role in public service has strengthened my ability to multitask, communicate clearly, and remain calm under pressure while maintaining professionalism. I am also comfortable learning new systems and procedures quickly and taking on additional responsibilities when required.
As someone pursuing psychology, I am interested in opportunities related to social services, psychology support work, customer relations, or administrative functions where I can continue learning, gain meaningful experience, and contribute positively to the organisation.
