Recent projects

Program Manager for a comprehensive technology transformation for a 65-store warehouse-format retail chain across Purchasing, Supply Chain, Distribution, Retail, E-commerce, and Finance. Set overall program plan and kept team plans in alignment, facilitated issues resolution, maintained budgets, and reported status to the executive stakeholders on a weekly basis. Achieved streamlined business processes, enhancing operational efficiency and profitability.

Drove operational strategy for a plant-based foods startup to support a 10-50x business growth projection. Jointly designed scalable processes in supply chain and inventory management, production, distribution, and order management. Trained staff on development of SOPs and provided review and coaching during implementation, enabling the company to manage significantly increased volume efficiently.

Played a key role as a solution architect of a new digital commerce (e-commerce and in-store) platform for a luxury brand. Conducted needs analysis, created user stories and functional solution design and validated technical designs. Worked with user groups to develop business processes and facilitated resolution of issues.

After successful initial implementations, participated in expanding the solution to support multiple brands and North America and EMEA requirements. Project was pivotal in expanding omnichannel capabilities and enabling the company to support subsequent growth of 20 million new customers.

Orchestrated a global order management system overhaul to rectify order and inventory discrepancies impacting sales. Conducted a comprehensive needs assessment, and led the selection of a new order management and inventory visibility platform. Supported planning and Statement of Work development, and oversaw design, testing, and successful deployment in the US and EMEA, significantly enhancing revenue and customer satisfaction.
