With almost a decade in the finance/ banking sector, I had acquired KYC/ AML knowledge, from front, middle-office and back-office roles. With the opportunity to co-lead a new e-banking team to support our Asia market with Bank Julius Baer also opened up my horizon and leadership in training team members and working with multiple stakeholders. My involvement with multiple projects including migration, business/ regulatory changes help me build up my capacity in handling a wide work landscape.
My work achievement also was unlimited to having been part of the Singapore talent workforce working with Singapore Tourism Board back in 2009-2011 to recruit Eastern Europeans to the Singapore hospitality industry.
Another example, as a Project Executive from 2008 to 2009, I worked on a refurbishment project for Ministry of Health of Qatar, the tight deadlines alongside with high expectation on right deliverance from client has made me able to think quickly on my feet in emergency situations, and in those requiring quick assessment of many factors in order to make appropriate decisions. Dealing with diverse concerns of clients and various consultants, I have become adept at operating with the proper mix of authority, diplomacy, and tact.
My goal is to put my vast experience and work environment settings to use in the ever changing work landscape. The skillsets gained have me very keen to tap into analytical and to put my key skills and abilities in-depth to contribute to the success your organization already enjoys.
