I started off in the human service sector as a community worker (ministry cum admin assistant before CW title was formalized) in 2002. I became an adult learner in diploma and then degree in Social Work in 2008. By then I worked in a youth sector. In all, I have 10 years of work experience in youth services, 3 years in mental health and now I'm the elderly services.
