• Assist and liaising with APAC Security Operations on daily operations to gather live updates on incident in the building.
• Provision and termination of access for vendors and staff
• Generate and manage incident reports/Statement writing, crowd and traffic control duties (events, exercises etc)
• Enforce company’s security protocols and policies.
• Provide guest services in accommodating requests, answering calls and issuing keys.
• Conducting Patrol duties and Guard Tours (Clocking) to check for anything amiss as any given situation can quickly escalate any security/safety issue.
