Tan Mui-Keow has 15-years of management and design experience for mechanical and electrical services in building projects such as Industrial, Institutional, Condominium and commercial buildings and various A/A works which involves the following:
- Liaisons among the Authorities, Clients and Architects during the preliminary planning, detailed design development, tender, construction stages till the practical completion of project.
- Planning, design, supervising and handover of Mechanical & Electrical services.
- Drafting of M&E services using Autocad.
- Preparation of M&E submission drawings and forms for submission to relevant authorities for approval.
- Liaisons with the Contractors for daily site activities, approval of construction/as-built drawings submission and materials offered, evaluation of progress payments/variations and final account documentation upon the Contractors on board.
- Overseeing the mechanical and electrical services throughout the project construction period and providing assistance to the Electrical counterpart.
