• Assist the Import/Export Manager with daily tasks and coordination.
• Provide customer service by coordinating with clients via email.
• Communicate and coordinate with oversea agent
• Prepare quotation sheets for clients 
• Prepare and handle shipping documents, including booking orders, quotations, invoices, packing lists, delivery orders, and profit tables.
• Perform general administrative duties to support office operations.
• Liaise with freight forwarders to ensure timely delivery of products to local customers.
