Hi! I'm Tania, a Year 4 graduating student looking for full-time positions in Human Resources, ideally in HR operations. Still, I am open to learning and trying out new responsibilities to put the skills and knowledge gained from my prior internship experience into practice.

Hardworking and motivated undergraduate with excellent people-sensitivity who is keen on seeking employment in Human Resource positions, hoping to facilitate the recruitment process of talents and sourcing for suitable candidates in line with the company’s requirements.

Values teamwork and collaboration and loves helping others. I place emphasis on the importance of interpersonal skills and in fostering good relationships among peers.

I am an active learner with a special interest in the Human Resources aspect, aiming to contribute my knowledge and qualities to the best of my abilities, all while upholding the company’s vision and mission.

Currently about to graduate from Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS) majoring in Human Resource Management with a minor in Psychology. My experience in SUSS encouraged me to take charge of my own academic and non-academic development, which led me to take on local volunteering, overseas experience and internships and inculcated a growth mindset from these experiences.
