I am a fresh university graduate and my research interests revolve around mainly gender studies (gender (in)equality and LGBTQ+ research). I have also completed research projects involving secondary and primary research (mainly interviews) on topics related to censorship in Singapore, eSports & gaming and gender.
Apart from academic research and writing, I have also accumulated working experience as administrative support staff in various educational institutions in Singapore (polytechnics, universities) and I have brief experience with creative writing and video-editing.
My past working experience revolve around mainly providing administrative support in educational institutions in Singapore - Temp Admin in Republic Polytechnic's Office of Finance (Apr 2019 - Jun 2019), Temp Student Support Staff in Singapore University of Social Sciences (Dec 2020 - Jan 2021) and Student Assistant in Nanyang Technological University (Jan 2020- Apr 2023).
General tasks include data entry & processing, answering of calls, counter/reception management and other ad-hoc responsibilities.
I have most recently completed my Bachelor's in Social Sciences (Sociology) in Nanyang Technological University with a Minor in Gender & Diversity studies.
