I performed as BIM Modeller/ Design Drafter for 3 years in Singapore and 5years in Myanmar. I have been responsible for

· Creating 3D BIM models for various buildings using BIM software (Revit, AutoCAD).

• Generating 2D/3D shop drawings and documentations directly from BIM Model
• Conducting clash detections and visual walk-through using BIM software.
• Extracting material quantity data directly from BIM models.
• Updating 3D BIM models as field and digital model changes occur over time.
• Collaborating and coordinating internally or/and externally with other disciplines design changes and model change.

Responsibilities;

• Prepare & Drafting of Structural / Civil Drawing for the Building Project
• Prepare design / proposal drawings to specifications set by requirements
• Prepare and plot Architectural and Interior Design Drawing
• Coordinate with consultant, sub-con and other technical department engineers on project to update Archi: details shop drawings to As-Built Drawings
• Checking the Archi: design sketch from supervisor (Plan, Elevation, Section, Structure adding)
• Drafting for structure and Arch: plan, details for site using Auto Cad and Revit software
• Work closely with designers, project Managers and clients to meet project requirements
• Visit site for on-site measurement to prepare As-Built drawings
• Assist ad hoc duties assigned by others MEP manger
• Working independence and teamwork
