DISHWASHER / KITCHEN ASSISTANT - Singapore - Singapore

• Wash, sanitize and store dishes, utensils, cookware and kitchen equipment according to hygiene standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, dishwashing area, floors, drains and waste disposal areas.
• Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, wiping surfaces, dusting and removing rubbish.
• Clean and disinfect work tables, shelves, sinks and other equipment regularly.
• Clean glass windows, mirrors and glass surfaces to ensure they are spotless and presentable.
• Clean and sanitize toilets and ensure all washroom supplies are stocked.
• Ensure proper waste segregation and disposal in accordance with company procedures.
• Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and effectively.
• Follow food hygiene, sanitation and health & safety procedures at all times.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and complete tasks assigned by supervisor.
• Cooperate with team members and support other departments when required.
• Willing to work shifts, overtime, weekends and public holidays.
