- Accepted Job Order Request from any sources and handover to the service supervisor, will proceed with delegation to the technicians or mechanics.
- Monitored completion progress by notifying the relevant areas and issue Invoices and Quotation for customers.
- Raised PO via sea or air freight costs based on stock level and await confirmation before proceeding with repairs and completing jobs when parts arrive at the warehouse.
- Collected cash for service revenues and collaborate with the finance team on payment transfers with company policies.
- First, reviewed all warranty claim reports from branches to see whether they have sufficient information and are reasonable to the manufacturers.
- Acted as a key contact person with the manufacturers (both New Holland and HINO) regarding warranty claim reports, THD and PHD communication dealer portal system.
- Built monthly meetings with Principle (CNHi Bangkok Office & Hino Japan) and to discuss topics such as warranty claims, training, THD, PHD, and service bulletins.
