Currently, I am working as a UI/UX Designer at Better HR which is a cloud-based HR software company. My responsibility include -

~ Responsible for the product design of both Better HR app and dashboard.

~ Fix the product flow bugs and flow errors for better user experiences.

~ Keeping design consistency between the current design flow and new product design flow.

~ Create and design new product features' designs that can provide better user experiences for the product’s clients.

~ Participating in product research for new product features to meet clients’ needs and maintain consistency with the company’s products.

~ Communicate and work closely with the Product Manager and Development team to ensure that the product meets the standardised goals and flows.

I got a Bachelor of Science (Honour) Degree in Computer Science major from University of Yangon, Myanmar.
