Auditing to check all the Lifting Machinery, Permit system, Lifting gear / Lifting appliances.

Plant maintenance in Brown field and Green field.

v) To prepare Master list for all the LG / LA and Track record to monitoring all the lifting machine and appliances to check validity certification.

• To Prepare check , review and approved for critical / heavy lifting plan,

rigging plan and all necessary documents.

• To Prepare check and review for MSRA, SWP procedures and Ground bearing pressure calculations.
• Maintenance and updating of the lifting operations guidelines and procedures as a Company standard.
• To Draft Lifting plan as per site requirements and Conduct Tool box and

In-house Lifting awareness Training for all Lifting crew.

• Develop field personnel safe lifting practices and crane operations competencies.
• Ensured compliance to lifting and rigging standardand inspections requirements, established industry standards and compliance to regulatory requirements for new and existing equipment and facilities including mobile crane.
• Offshore heavy lifting done by Mobile / barge crane for Jetty Marine loading arm , Gangaway tower, Jib crane, Firewater monitor tower. On shore hevy lifting and Tandem lifting for Hot oil heater chimney, vessel, storage tank roof and structure.
• Provide inputs of quality recommendation for the work being done if indicates any sub standards
• Reading and monitor lifting equipments performance in the field and performs 1st step analysis
• Ensure that inspection is carried out in accordance with company approved specifications, HSSE safety rules, applicable government regulations and applicable industrial standards and codes
• Generates a draft of inspection procedures acceptable for field operations.
• Handling Highest Capacity Mobile Crane DEMAC 500 Metric ton and

Floating Crane Herculas 3500 Metric ton
