• Develop field personnel safe lifting practices and crane operations competencies.
• Ensured compliance to lifting and rigging standardand inspections requirements, established industry standards and compliance to regulatory requirements for new and existing equipment and facilities including mobile crane.
• Offshore heavy lifting done by Mobile / barge crane for Jetty Marine loading arm , Gangaway tower, Jib crane, Firewater monitor tower. On shore hevy lifting and Tandem lifting for Hot oil heater chimney, vessel, storage tank roof and structure.
• Provide inputs of quality recommendation for the work being done if indicates any sub standards

10.Reading and monitor lifting equipments performance in the field and performs 1st step analysis

11.Ensure that inspection is carried out in accordance with company approved specifications, HSSE safety rules, applicable government regulations and applicable industrial standards and codes
