I have always had interest in this Early Childhood field since my younger days, and as such have joined this field for 6 years and going.

I am looking forward to learning more in-depth about the various aspects of this industry.

I have experience as both a Vice Principal and a teacher in this Early Childhood field. I am grateful of these experiences that have shaped me to be the person I am now. To fulfil my hunger of learning about this field, I have since gotten my Bachelor's Degree and have taken multiple courses, with this being my latest: ESL FUNdamentals Training.

As a teacher, I was able to experience teaching and learning alongside my children, and also build rapport with them together with their parents and my colleagues. I had also the chance to work with my colleagues in lesson planning to better the execution of curriculum.

As a Vice Principal, I had the chance to experience another side of the field, where I got to build and promote a positive team culture amongst my staff. I also got to work on the administrative part of things, such as curriculum development, school policies, events planning, manpower planning and scheduling. All these are great skills that I have learnt and will bring with me to my new company.

I hold both a Bachelor's Degree in Education and a Diploma in Early Childhood. Upon getting my Diploma in working for a couple of years, I decided to further study and get my Bachelor's Degree as well. This aided me in learning more about how I can better teach children through the various pedagogies. I was also given opportunities to intern at international schools, that helped broaden my horizons on the various teaching and learning strategies as well.
