I am an IT transformation, programme and portfolio governance leader with regional experience across Singapore, Southeast Asia, Greater China, India and APAC.
My work sits across programme leadership, PMO governance, Agile delivery, IT service transformation, executive reporting, RAID management, stakeholder alignment, commercial visibility and business value realisation.
I have supported transformation across technology services, telecommunications, healthcare, manufacturing and government-linked environments, working with senior leaders, business teams, technology teams, vendors, operations and commercial stakeholders to improve clarity, accountability and delivery confidence.
What I bring is the ability to connect strategy, delivery and commercial priorities. I help organisations translate complex initiatives into structured roadmaps, clearer governance, stronger decision support and outcomes that matter to both the business and the customer.
My experience also includes client-facing delivery, pre-sales support, RFI and RFP input, CAPEX and OPEX visibility, benefits tracking, service transition and operational readiness. This gives me a practical view of transformation from both delivery execution and business value perspectives.
As AI becomes part of enterprise transformation, I am building deeper capability in AI-enabled delivery, responsible AI adoption and the future role of PMO in connecting strategy, governance, data, adoption and value realisation.
