Responsible for overseeing revenue cycle management including billing, collections, and denial management. This position is responsible for ensuring claims, denials, and appeals are efficiently processed, and resolving billing-related issues. The RCM executive will minimize bad debt, improve cash flow, and effectively manage accounts receivables. Experience in using medical billing software AdvanceMD.

• Analyse and resolve issue related to denied medical claims
• Follow up with insurance company to inquire about claim status and appeal status, request the EOB for billing department
• Fax the necessary document to insurance if needed, like Primary EOB, Medical record
• Appeal for the denied claim
• Experience in verifying eligibly and benefits covered by insurance
