Admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in October 2018. · Monitor legal risk in real estate and banking documentation.
· Analyse and interpret laws, rulings and regulations for real estate, banking and corporate transactions.
· Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements such as sale and purchase, tenancy, financing, joint venture, share sale and shareholders.
· Advise in matters relating to mergers and acquisitions, various corporate exercises (such as acquisition or disposal of companies and assets, fund raising exercises, employee share option schemes, listings in Malaysia or overseas and due diligence exercises associated to the corporate exercises), restructuring of corporations, foreign direct investment and other commercial matters.
· Foster strong relationship with clients (including multinational companies) and deliver high quality services.
