Answering of inbound calls/emails and assists with enquiries and bookings.
Making of outbound calls to patients and customers.
Performing ECG/Nebulization etc.
Making sure flow of process with clinic and customers are smooth.
Issue of invoices.
Help out with pharmaceutical duties and inventory management.
Help out with administrative work such as submission of CHAS, Medisave and others claims.
Demonstrate excellent client relationship management skills.
